It has been two years since I was in Resolute last time, but I find it a bit more desolate than before. Perhaps it is because we are staying at a hotel near the airport, not in the village of Resolute itself.
The temperature dropped to thirty seven below yesterday. The snow squeaks as I walk on it, which tells you how cold it is. I don't see anybody walking around. It is not only because of the temperature, but also because there are polar bears around, too. People would ask me where I am going and kindly offer me a ride all the time. I appreciate it.
Our equipments we have sent from Japan have not arrived in Resolute yet. But I should be ready for any mishaps and impossibles as we are not in Japan any longer.
I should stay cool and take my time.
