It is our 5th day since we left Resolute on March 6th. We are traveling through Cornwallis Island heading toward Grise Fiord.

But we are not going fast. We struggle as our heavy sleds do not glide well in the temperature of thirty five, forty below every day. It is, however, fun as we see more animals such as arctic foxes and ravens on the way, unlike in Greenland.

The reason we cannot gain the distance may be because our body is not completely adapted yet. We should take our time.
