Sleds On Board

So far we postponed three times the flight to Ward Hunt Island. But it is most likely that we can fly tomorrow.

In order to prepare for the tomorrow's flight, we transported the equipment to the airport. Everything was loaded onto the sleds and we just needed to take them to the airport.

We traveled twice between garage and airport to transport the three sleds.

At the hotel, they prepared for us the most wonderful meal. After enjoying the delicious cuisine, each of us spent his own time. Mr. Ohba went to bed early. Stepan and Håvard was e-mailing friends and going through final preparation. I stayed up until 3:30 a scheduled wakeup time.

Twin Otter It is wearing skis in order to take off from and land on the snow and ice.

10:30 Arrive in Ward Hunt Island (Unloading and refueling)
10:50 Depart from Ward Hunt Island -> Eureka (Refueling) -> Arrive in Resolute Bay
